Who was Osvaldo Aranha?

This specialty was named after the brazilian diplomat Osvaldo Aranha, one of the promoters of the coup which deposed President Washington Luís and started the 1930 Revolution in Brazil. Between 1930 and 1940, Osvaldo Aranha used to have lunch at Cosmopolita Restaurant and Lamas Cafe, where he always asked for this dish.
