Additional fares
Depending on your destination, route, and passenger class you are flying in, some administrative services may be subject to additional fees.
Rebooking Fees:
- Change Fee: A fee charged for changing the flight date, time, or destination.
- Fare Difference: The difference in price between the original ticket and the new ticket, if the new fare is higher.
- Service Fee: A fee for processing the change, which can be charged in addition to the change fee and fare difference.
Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellation Penalty: A cancellation fee may apply, and the amount will depend on when you cancel your booking before or after your departure date.
- No-Show Fee: A fee charged if the passenger fails to cancel the booking and does not show up for the flight.
- No-Boarding Fee: If you are unable to board the aircraft due to delays or other factors unrelated to TAAG For our airline, this fee is the same value no show fee.
Refund Fees:
- Refund Fee: A fee for cancelling a ticket and processing a refund, if allowed by the fare rules.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: Many tickets are non refundable, meaning no refund will be issued unless under special circumstances.
Other Fees:
- Reissue Fee: A fee for reissuing a ticket with changes made. For our airline, this fee is the same value change fee.
- Stop-over fee: A fee charged for making a planned, lengthy stay at a destination during your journey.
