Do your check-in online

Do your check-in online and print your boarding pass before you get to the airport! Whether you are traveling with or without luggage, online check-in is simple!

Follow these 3 steps:

1. Enter your booking details

You may do so through your electronic ticket number, your name and booking code or through the number of the credit card you used to pay for your electronic ticket.

2. Choose your seats

Window or aisle? When you check in online, you can choose where you sit.

3. Print your boarding pass

Now, all you need to do is print your boarding pass! Remember that if you want to change your seat, you must print a new boarding pass;

Delivering luggage before your flight

If you choose online check-in you also save time when delivering checked baggage.

To deliver your baggage, just head for the First Class counters (or the Business Class counters, in case there is no First Class counter); the time limit for baggage delivery is 90 minutes.

Online check-In conditions

Online check-in is available:

  • For passengers with confirmed bookings and e-tickets for TAAG-operated flights;
  • For all flights departing from Luanda (Domestic, Regional and Intercontinental);
  • For flights departing from the cities of Cabinda, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Lubango, Ondgiva, Beijing, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo;
  • International Routes: Check-in online will open 36 hours prior to departure and will close 90 minutes prior to departure;
  • Domestic Routes: Check-in online will open 24 hours prior to departure and will close 60 minutes prior to departure.

The passenger must arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to flight departure to ensure enough time for all the drop-off luggage, security, immigration, and customs procedures. Other documentation may be required according to the legislation of each country! It is your responsibility to find out about the entry and exit regulations in force and to take the necessary documents with you. It is essential that you obtain all the necessary travel documents and visas for yourself, your children and dependants, as well as complying with all the regulations of the countries you are traveling from or to.
