Pregnant women

TAAG allows transportation of pregnant women on its flights, as long as they present their medical records and obey the terms stated below.

Up to the 36th week

Pregnant women up until the 36th week of pregnancy are allowed to travel, provided that:

There is no prediction of delivery for the following 4 weeks;
The duration of the pregnancy and predicted delivery date are known;
No twin pregnancy has previously taken place;
No complications are predicted for delivery.

Between the 36th week and 7 days before the date predicted for delivery

Women who are between the 36th week and 7 days before the date predicted for delivery are allowed to travel, provided that:

A medical form is filled out;
The airline's medical services have authorized the trip;
There is a declaration signed by the passenger.

Within the final 7 days before delivery

Women whose delivery is predicted within the following 7 days are allowed to travel, provided that:

A medical form is filled out;
TAAG's medical services have authorized the trip;
There is a declaration signed by the passenger;
The passenger is accompanied by a doctor or registered nurse.
