Airport check-in

Airport check-in

Still haven't done your check-in? Learn how to do it at the airport.

Check-in at the airport counters

Airport check-in opens 4 hours before your flight departure and must be done 1 and a half hours before this time. All you need to do is head for the check-in counters. We remind you that check-in schedules provided by your airline usually match the maximum time frame for passengers to be allowed to board a flight!

TAAG reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers who fail to check-in at the appropriate time.

Check-in at the kiosks

In some cities such as Lisbon, Porto, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Cape Town, there are several kiosks available where you can check in more quickly.

The passenger must arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to flight departure to ensure enough time for all the drop-off luggage, security, immigration, and customs procedures. Other documentation may be required according to the legislation of each country! It is your responsibility to find out about the entry and exit regulations in force and to take the necessary documents with you. It is essential that you obtain all the necessary travel documents and visas for yourself, your children and dependants, as well as complying with all the regulations of the countries you are traveling from or to.
