Passenger Locator Card

Passenger Locator Card

Fill in the digital PLC after check-in to be able to board.

What is the Passenger Location Card (PLC)?

The PLC is a mandatory form for all passengers whose flights are destined for Portuguese airports.

Its main goal is to collect data from all passengers arriving in Portugal, allowing them to be located later, in case there is a case of COVID-19 in other passengers of the same flight.

This questionnaire was implemented in June 2020, when
Portuguese airports resumed their activity, and started to be delivered on paper during the flights, and collected before the arrival.

Since October, the PLC has become exclusively digital and it is only possible to complete it online using this form available on the official DGS Portal "Clean & Safe".

Always fill in the PLC after the Check-in

The PLC must only be completed after check-in so that more detailed information can be included, such as the number of the place where you will be traveling;

As it is mandatory, you will be asked at the boarding gate for proof of completion of the CPL on printed paper or a mobile device.
