TAAG Angola Airlines made a historic appearance at the Dubai Airshow 2025, held from 17 to 21 November in the United Arab Emirates. For the first time, the Company had an aircraft on static display at one of the largest global aviation events—the Airbus A220-300 model. This initiative offered visitors, industry partners, and international media an exclusive opportunity to tour the cabin and discover the features of the aircraft that serves TAAG’s regional routes.

TAAG LAUNCHES 2nd EDITION OF THE INITIAL PILOT TRAINING PROGRAM
TAAG Angola Airlines is launching the second edition of the «AB INITIO» Initial Pilot Training Program, which will benefit up to 70 young Angolans with specialized training and the possibility of integration into the company’s Technical Flight Crew. This program aims to train the next generation of TAAG pilots and is aligned with the Company’s Strategic Plan 2024-2029, which includes, among other initiatives, the incorporation of new multi-brand aircraft to strengthen the fleet and increase connectivity through the opening of new routes.

TAAG INVESTS IN TRAINING THE NEW GENERATION OF AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNIC
As part of its corporate pillar «People and Community», and following the completion of a rigorous process of profile validation and academic performance assessment, TAAG Angola Airlines has just implemented the Initial Training Programme for Aircraft Maintenance Technicians. This technical course includes 40 trainees from Angolan educational institutions under a cooperation protocol established with the Company.
