TAAG Expands In-Flight Entertainment To Six More Aircraft
TAAG Angola Airlines is enhancing the passenger experience by expanding its digital in-flight entertainment offering to six additional aircraft across its Airbus A220-300, Boeing 737 and Dash 8 Q400 fleets. Passengers travelling on domestic and regional services operated by these aircraft can now enjoy free access to films, TV series, music, cultural and arts documentaries, selected Angolan productions, travel information and an interactive flight map directly on their own mobile phones and tablets. The system operates through a dedicated onboard wireless network and does not require an Internet connection. This initiative forms part of TAAG’s ongoing service modernisation programme and its commitment to providing an increasingly modern, comfortable and consistent travel experience across its different fleets.

TAAG Resumes Normal Flight Schedule Following First Strike Period By AMT
TAAG has resumed its regular flight schedule following the end of the first strike period by Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, held from 11 to 15 October. During the five-day strike, the Company operated 186 of the 188 scheduled flights, achieving an execution rate of over 98% and an average On-Time Performance of 84%. The activation of its Operational Continuity Plan and the coordinated efforts of its teams helped mitigate the impact on passengers and maintain essential services. TAAG continues its dialogue with the union and will closely monitor the negotiation process, while maintaining safety, reliability and operational excellence as key priorities.

TAAG MAINTAINS OPERATIONS WITHOUT CANCELLATIONS ON SECOND DAY OF STRIKE
TAAG maintained the continuity of its operations on the second day of the strike called by the Aircraft Maintenance Technicians' Union (STMA), with no unplanned cancellations recorded. On Monday, 12 October, the airline operated 20 domestic flights and 10 regional and international flights departing from Luanda. Necessary schedule adjustments were defined in advance, allowing affected passengers to be informed and re-accommodated. Despite some isolated technical constraints that resulted in delays, the contingency plan continues to support operations, backed by the commitment and expertise of TAAG's teams. The airline continues to closely monitor the operational situation and reaffirms that passenger safety remains an absolute priority, with full compliance with all maintenance, airworthiness and safety requirements established by the aviation authorities.

TAAG Activates Contingency Plan and Continues Dialogue with STMA
TAAG Linhas Aéreas de Angola, S.A. has received a notice from the Aircraft Maintenance Technicians Union (STMA) regarding planned strike periods between 11 and 15 October, 6 and 10 November, 5 and 10 December, and 19 and 23 December 2026.
The strike notice follows the ongoing negotiations between the Company and STMA, during which it has not yet been possible to reach an agreement on the demands presented by the Union.

TAAG ENSURES EXCLUSIVE TICKET SALES ON THE LUANDA–CABINDA–LUANDA ROUTE
TAAG Angola Airlines will, from 15 September onwards, exclusively manage ticket sales for the Luanda–Cabinda–Luanda route through its official channels, namely the call centre, the TAAG store at Cabinda Airport “Maria Mambo Café”, the TAAG store at Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport in Icolo e Bengo, the mobile application, and the website.

TAAG ANGOLA AIRLINES SIGNS CODESHARE AGREEMENT WITH LATAM BRASIL
TAAG Angola Airlines has announced a new codeshare agreement with LATAM Brasil, strengthening air connectivity between Africa and South America while significantly expanding travel options for its customers. Through the partnership, TAAG passengers will gain access to more than 50 destinations across Brazil via São Paulo–Guarulhos International Airport (GRU), benefiting from greater travel flexibility, integrated itineraries and a seamless connection experience between both airlines. The agreement enhances TAAG’s customer value proposition for both leisure and business travellers and supports the airline’s broader commercial strategy of expanding its network reach through strategic partnerships. It also reinforces the role of Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport as a key gateway linking Africa and South America, fostering tourism development, regional mobility and stronger economic ties between the two regions.

TAAG MANAGEMENT ASSURES CONTINUITY OF OPERATIONS
TAAG’s management wishes to inform you that, following meetings held with the trade union representatives who had announced a work stoppage for 1 September, the strike notice has been withdrawn, and negotiations are continuing with a view to reaching a balanced and sustainable solution. This decision ensures that operations can continue as normal and that the negotiation process can continue within the framework of dialogue between the Management and the workers’ representatives.
