TAAG supports World Hearing Accessibility Day
As part of the Social Responsibility actions included in the Company's 2025 Agenda, TAAG, Linhas Aéreas de Angola, through the Corporate Volunteer Movement, provided institutional support for the celebrations of World Hearing Accessibility Day promoted by the Association Initiative for the Deaf in Angola (ISA). Recognized by the United Nations within the scope of Global Policies on Sustainable Development, Inclusion, and Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities, the date was celebrated on September 28.
TAAG was represented by volunteers from different areas and the Director of Corporate and Social Responsibility, Joaquina José. It was a moment of great enthusiasm and recreation that served as an opportunity to absorb experiences about welcoming and interacting with people with special needs.
The highlight of the activity was marked by TAAG's symbolic delivery of various basic necessities (clothes, toys, snacks), interactive children's game kits, and educational materials to support and encourage school reinforcement.
The event also had the support of the Social Action Office of the Maianga Municipal Administration, which contributed with authorizations and space for the event.
With this action, TAAG signals its partnership efforts in initiatives aimed at inclusion and accessibility for people with special needs.
