Kibbeling is a traditional dutch flavour. The locals eat it as a snack. It consists of bits of fresh fish in batter, milk and egg, taken to the pan to brown, to turn crispy. Kibbeling seems and tastes yummi. Originally made with cod, you can also find kibbeling made with hake, haddock or other fresh fish.
You can enjoy every bit accompanied with a mayonnaise sauce with herbs and lemon, or a garlic sauce.
